Questions about pricing
Is there a contract?
There’s no long contract. Plans are paid monthly, in advance, with a minimum term of one month. You can pay by card, Direct Debit or the other methods offered by our payment provider, Stripe.
How do I cancel?
Email hello@ztdoffice.com from an address we know belongs to your business. After your first month you can cancel at any time. Your service carries on until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and we won’t charge you again.
Do I keep my domain?
Yes. Your domain name stays registered to you, with whichever company you bought it from. We only ask you to point its email records at our servers. If you leave, you point them somewhere else.
What happens to my email if I leave?
Your email is yours. Before your service ends, you can copy everything to your new provider with any email app; our guide shows how.
After your service ends we keep your mailboxes for 30 days in case you need anything, then delete them permanently.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Your admin can ask for an upgrade or add-ons from the control panel, or you can email us. Upgrades and add-ons start straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the current month. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect from your next monthly payment, as long as your inboxes and aliases fit within the smaller plan.
How is the price worked out?
Basic is priced per inbox: £3 a month for each inbox you have. Lite and Premium are a single monthly price for your whole business, covering the number of inboxes listed; if you need more, add extra inboxes for £3 a month each.
Can I send newsletters or marketing email?
No. ZTD Office is for everyday person-to-person business email. Bulk and marketing email isn’t allowed. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
